The Laura Ingalls Wilder Park & Museum would like to thank everyone who participated in the 2023 “Laura’s Sack Lunch” drive-thru meal fundraiser. Your support helps the museum continue its mission of preserving history and providing engaging educational programs for visitors of all ages.

A special thank-you goes to the volunteers and workers who made the event a success:

  • Winneshiek County Cattlemen’s Association for grilling delicious ribeyes and cheeseburgers
  • The Youth Beef Team of Winneshiek County and their royalty, who wrapped the sandwiches
  • The beef team and Burr Oak 4H, who delivered the meals
  • Little Miss Lauras, Brielle Gavin and Isabelle Cagley, who helped take orders, deliver meals, and sell raffle tickets

Thanks to everyone’s time, effort, and generosity, the 2023 Laura’s Sack Lunch fundraiser was a fun and meaningful way to support the museum while bringing the community together.
