The CD has thirteen songs, 6 of them are vocals. Includes 2 - ten second recordings of Laura's voice from a 1953 radio program. Narrations at the beginning of each song telling about the song title, where Laura would have heard and song, short readings from 2 books and a brief history of the places Laura lived, makes the CD part biographical. Charles's fiddle is played, as well as the 1890 pump organ from Laura and Almanzo's Mansfield home. 32 minutes
