Join us February 12 for a Spaghetti Supper and Silent Auction
Join us Feb.12 for a spaghetti supper and silent auction as we celebrate Laura and Almanzo Wilder's, Feb 7 and Feb 13 birthdays.  In conjunction with Valentine's Day we'll also celebrate their 64 years of marriage.  The event will happen at the North Winneshiek school with serving and bidding from 5:00 to 7:30 pm.  The meal includes spaghetti, salad, bread, beverage and dessert.

Once again local and regional support has been generous and the varied items in the auction will entice and attract all ages and interests.

This is our first fund raiser of the new year and an important event as we prepare to open April 1st for another year of sharing the history of Burr Oak and of its most famous resident, Laura Ingalls Wilder.

Tour groups by arrangement 

Spring Hours:
April 1 - Memorial Day
Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 4 pm, Sunday noon to 4 pm

Summer Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Monday - Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 4:00 p.m.

September (post Labor Day) through October
Monday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 4:00 p.m.
