This CD is a radio program recorded in 1953 when Laura was 86 years old.  She was interviewed by Docia Holland, Wright County librarian, in the Laura Ingalls Library in Mansfield, Missouri.  A group of children and librarians from California had given Laura a set of figurines dressed in pioneer clothes.  The interview was done as a thank you to this group.  Laura compares each doll to her family members in both clothes and activities.  This recording is the only known published recording of Laura's voice.  This 18 minute tape includes a 3 minute introduction, a 6 minute interview, and a 9 minute fiddle piece played on Pa's fiddle.
